LuxWorth Jewelry offers the following Returns Policy:

We are required to Receive all returns within 14 days from the Date Of Shipment. A 15% restocking fee is applied if the item is received after 10 days up to 14 days from the Date of Shipment. After 14 days from the Date of Shipment, nothing will be accepted back. 

Any order sent back without an RAN, non-defective remorse return, or refused by the recipient will be charged a 15% restocking fee.

1. Please contact us for a return authorization number (RAN) to place on the original sales slip and the outside shipping label. Do not write any jewelry related words on the outside box or shipping label, for example, do NOT write Diamonds or Jewelry. We can not be responsible items stolen during return shipping. Double box the item and insure for the full value with a signature upon receipt. A delivery confirmation will not suffice as this can not assure that the package was indeed received by someone from our company.

2. In the box, please include the items, all boxes, certificates, original invoice, promotional items, and all other documents that you received in your original package. Please also include a small note that you are returning the item for a full refund. Unfortunately, we are unable to pay for return shipping costs.

LuxWorth Jewelry cannot refund money on merchandise that has been damaged or altered in any way. LuxWorth Jewelry will not refund money for merchandise that has been discontinued or if it is a custom order - to prevent this please work closely with our designer to ensure total satisfaction during the consultation and creation process.

Please note: We deliver your order internationally with complimentary insurance to your delivery address. We are sorry due to insurance reasons we cannot normally ship to the following countries: Afghanistan, Iran, Angola, Iraq, Bangladesh, Poland, Bulgaria, Romania, Burma Rwanda, Burundi, Seychelles, Congo, Nigeria, Slovenia, Cuba, Sudan, Ethiopia, Syria India, Yemen, and Indonesia. Due to varying custom laws, we cannot tell you if you will incur custom fees. We do know that USA customers do incur up to a 7.5% custom fee which must be paid upon receipt of the item when receiving items sent from outside the US. European customers incur a 20% VAT tax. If you are in the USA or Europe, please check with your local customs department for the particulars in your case! Also, for custom jewelry designs we are more than happy to ship your finished piece to you with complimentary international insurance.
