What a birthday surprise for Jodie Sweetin!   Not only was she clueless that her friend had decorated the party setting with little diamonds as table embellishments she also had no idea that she would be leaving her birthday party engaged.   During her party, her boyfriend of just over one year would bend his knee and pop the big question in front of all of her guests.  The engagement ring he presented to her is a one of a kind original, 2.5-carat oval sapphire surrounded by 18 diamonds in the shape of a snowflake and has a total weight of around 3.75 carats.
