Maria Shriver has finally decided that her time with Arnold Schwarzenegger is over. The Kennedy has officially filed for divorce from the actor turned governor. With the devastating news that her husband had been having an affair right under her roof and that it produced a child the marriage did not stand a chance.
Shriver cited irreconcilable differences and is asking for shared custody of her younger children, Patrick, 17, and Chris who is 13. The couple do have other children, two older daughters Katherine and Christina. Shriver is also asking for spousal support and that her now estranged husband pay her lawyer fees. Seems fair no?
